1- Data Controller’s Identity In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data will be processed by our company GÜNCEL YAZILIM BİLGİSAYAR VE ELEKTRONİK SAN VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. as the data controller within the scope explained below.

2- Purpose of Processing Personal Data Your personal data collected through the completion of job and internship application forms on our website will be processed within the framework of our company’s human resources policies for the purpose of accepting job and internship applications, in accordance with the conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

3- To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred For this purpose, your personal data collected is only processed by our company and is not transferred to any third party/organization except for any reason imposed by legal obligations.

4- Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection Your personal data collected for the purpose stated above is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, in accordance with the objectives stated in Article 2 of this Information Text, by completing the job and internship application forms available on our website.

5- Rights of the Personal Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, personal data subjects have the right to apply to the data controller and request:

• To learn whether their personal data is being processed, • If their personal data is processed, to request information regarding this, • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose, • To know third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data is transferred, • To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing, • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions specified in Article 7 of Law No. 6698, • To request that the transactions made in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698 be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, as per paragraphs (d) and (e) of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, • To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, • To claim compensation if personal data is processed unlawfully and results in damage.

If you apply to our company in writing regarding the rights mentioned above, your request will be responded to free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the operation requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Board.

You can submit your requests regarding the use of your rights determined by Article 11 of Law No. 6698: • By methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board and/or • In writing and with a wet signature, including clear and understandable identification documents, by registered mail with return receipt or by notary, to Üçevler Mahallesi.
